F&n will be killing me soon as far i am concerned about it.
Been wasting my energy and sleeping hours.
As far i can know, i know how to do but just that i cant think that at that moment and it made me gone crazy mad.

My arm and back will be rotting or killing me soon. Hoped that it will turn better and power on upcoming training.
