Just why did arm hurts till worst ever?

Actually will things make sense?i shouldnt have taken words so strongly.does what she told me make sense? i hope so bah.hmm i dont really know what's going on but i can choose to be myself right?! Just to do better than today and seriously my arm already hurts for more than 2 years and i think its hurts the most today and training was like shit.for now i really hope and wish that my arm can recover fast and i did done alot of warm-up for my arm.LOLS. but seriously if see doctor will situation or my arm be better?
Just hoping that everything will be alright to me.
